Nobody updates this. Ever.

Anyway, running will coming to a stop for me for a while. I've got a horrible pain in my knee and it has become painful to even walk around during the day. Not good at all, I say.

Rick and Derek did a 15 mile run a few weeks ago, so now we're all even again. Actually Derek and I will never be even, but you know what I mean.
