In the span of 24 hours I have gained tons of respect for The Rick's running abilities. He rolled out for 6.3 miles all alone on Sunday and followed it up with another 5 miles yesterday. His pace was tough and his last half-mile was unbelievably impressive. Solid.

The Rick just fell to third place in this little running contest of ours. Apparently Derek got much better really fast and threw down 7.2 miles over the weekend. If I was a betting man, I'd bet that this information turns Rick into a motivated fellow and I think he'll at least make 5 miles today.
In Ken news, I was not sore at all this weekend after running the 10 mile gauntlet at Riverfront. I think I'm gonna keep it at 10 again this week and then try to roll out a 12 mile run during the following week.
